I don’t really see what Samsung’s argument is here. It is Samsung’s lawyers job to kick out anyone they didn’t like in the jury selection process at the start of the trial.
Their argument is that Hogan lied because he did not disclose his involvement in a 1993 Seagate patent lawsuit. However, Hogan says himself that he was only questioned about related issues in the last ten years. 1993 is clearly outside that timeframe.
