Apple Gets Some Restrictions Placed On Antitrust Monitor

Wall Street Journal:

“The government conceded that the injunction would not allow the monitor to investigate whether such personnel were in fact complying with the antitrust or other laws,” the Second Circuit wrote in the Monday order signed by the court’s clerk, Catherine O’Hagan Wolfe.

A minor victory for Apple on this front, but I think Apple should be given a lot more freedom and power over this guy. He’s charging a thousand dollars an hour, for goodness sake.
