The Rumoured Google Same-Day Shipping Service
Google is now in the same-day delivery business. In San Francisco, some people affiliated with Google can buy a product, using their phones or computers, and have it delivered to their homes in a matter of hours.
According to the article, Google aren’t trying to reinvent the wheel, by opening warehouses and setting up transit chains. Instead, behind-the-scenes they are partnering with delivery companies and retailers, and to the consumer, Google acts as the centralised merchant. Smart strategy, in my opinion.
